By making payment, enrolling, or accessing any part of our training, you agree to be bound by these terms.

- Completion of any required enrollment documentation
- Provision of accurate and truthful information

Right to Refuse or Cancel Enrollment
Training for Electricians Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at its discretion, including but not limited to:
- Failure to meet course requirements or eligibility criteria
- Provision of false or misleading information
- Concerns relating to behaviour, conduct, or suitability
- Non-compliance with enrollment processes or requirements
- Where enrollment is refused or cancelled prior to course commencement, any payments made will be reviewed in line with our refund policy.
Start of Agreement
The agreement between the learner and Training for Electricians Ltd begins at the point of:
- Payment being made, or A payment plan being agreed
At this point, the learner becomes subject to all Terms and Conditions outlined within this document.
This may include a deposit, full payment, or the establishment of an agreed payment plan.

2. Course Fees & Payments
Course fees are payable as agreed at the point of enrollment.
Deposits
- A deposit may be required to secure your place on a course
- All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Payment of a deposit confirms your intention to enroll and acceptance of these Terms
Payment of Remaining Balance
- The remaining balance must be paid in full or via an agreed payment plan
- Payment plans must be agreed prior to the course start date
- All payments must be made on the agreed dates and in the agreed amounts
Payment Methods
- Payments may be collected via:Stripe (including card payments and subscriptions)
Bank transfer or other agreed methods
- It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available and payment details are kept up to date.
Deposits

- All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Payment of a deposit confirms your intention to enroll and acceptance of these Terms
Payment of Remaining Balance
- The remaining balance must be paid in full or via an agreed payment plan

- All payments must be made on the agreed dates and in the agreed amounts

- It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available and payment details are kept up to date.
3. Payment Plans
Where a payment plan is agreed, it forms a binding financial agreement between the learner and Training for Electricians Ltd.
Structure of Payment Plans
Payments will be collected via an agreed provider (e.g. Stripe) or other approved method
- Payment amounts and dates will be agreed prior to the course start date
- Payments will continue in line with the agreed schedule until the full course fee has been paid
Financial Obligation
The learner remains responsible for the full course cost, regardless of:
- Speed of course completion
- Early completion of assessmentsLevel of engagement or participation
- Personal circumstances or changes in employment
Completion of the course does not remove the obligation to complete all scheduled payments.
Payment Authorisation
By entering into a payment plan, the learner authorises Training for Electricians Ltd and its payment providers to:
- Collect payments on agreed dates
- Attempt re-collection of failed paymentsContact the learner regarding payment issues
Failed or Cancelled Payments
If a payment fails or is cancelled:
- The learner must take immediate action to resolve the issue
- Payments must be brought up to date in line with the agreed schedule
- Course access may be restricted or paused in accordance with these Terms
Unauthorised Cancellation of Payments
Cancelling a payment method, subscription, or direct debit without agreement:
- Constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions
- May result in immediate suspension of course access
- Does not remove the obligation to pay the outstanding balance
Training for Electricians Ltd reserves the right to take appropriate action to recover unpaid fees.Changes to Payment Plans
Payment plans may only be amended:
- At the discretion of Training for Electricians Ltd Following written agreement
- No changes are guaranteed and must be formally approved.

4. Missed Payments
Maintaining payments in line with the agreed schedule is a condition of enrollment.
Payment Failure
If a scheduled payment fails or is missed:
- The payment provider may automatically attempt to re-collect the payment
- Training for Electricians Ltd may contact the learner using the details provided
- The learner is responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate and sufficient funds are available
Initial Resolution Period (0–7 Days)
During the first 7 days following a missed payment:
- The learner will be given the opportunity to resolve the issue
- Payment must be brought up to date as soon as possible
- Continued access may remain at our discretion during this period
Access Restriction (7–14 Days)
If payment remains unresolved after 7 days:
- Course access will be paused or restricted
- The learner will not be permitted to progress or submit further work
- Support and tutor access may be limited
Final Action (14+ Days)
If payment remains outstanding after a further 7 days:
- Enrollment may be cancelled
- Access to all course materials and systems will be removed
- The learner may be withdrawn from the course
- Outstanding Balances
- Cancellation or removal from the course does not remove financial liability.Any outstanding balance remains payable
Training for Electricians Ltd reserves the right to pursue recovery of unpaid fees
Reinstatement
Reinstatement of course access following suspension:
- Is not guaranteed
- May be subject to full payment of outstanding balances
- May require approval from Training for Electricians Ltd
Maintaining payments is essential to continued access and progression on the course.

- Compliance with all Terms and Conditions
Controlled Access
Training for Electricians Ltd operates a controlled access model. This means:
- Access to course content may be released in stages
- Full access may not be granted immediately upon enrolment
Access may be subject to completion of onboarding steps, agreement confirmation, or payment setup
Restrictions & Suspension
We reserve the right to pause, restrict, or remove access where:
- Payments are missed or overdue
- The learner is in breach of these Terms
- Behaviour or conduct is deemed unacceptable
Required steps (e.g. onboarding or agreements) have not been completed
During any period of restriction:
- Learners may be unable to access course materials
- Progression and submission of work may be prevented
- Tutor support may be limited or suspended
Removal of Access
Where access is removed:
- The learner will no longer be able to access the platform or course content
- Any progress made may be retained for record purposes but not accessible to the learner
- Removal of access does not affect any outstanding financial obligations
System Access & Availability
While we aim to provide continuous access to our learning systems:
- Access may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
Training for Electricians Ltd is not liable for temporary interruptions outside of its control
Access to the course is a conditional service and may be adjusted in line with these Terms.

- Follow guidance provided by tutors and assessors
- Take responsibility for their own progression
Failure to engage with any part of the course may impact completion but does not affect financial obligations.
Flexibility of Delivery
Training for Electricians Ltd reserves the right to:
- Modify course content, structure, or delivery methods
- Adjust training schedules, session timings, or locations
- Update materials to reflect industry standards or awarding body requirements
Such changes may be made where reasonably necessary and will not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation.
External Factors
Delivery may be affected by factors outside of our control, including:
- Availability of facilities or resourcesAwarding body requirements
- Health and safety considerationsTechnical or system-related issues
We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption where possible.
No Guarantee of Identical Delivery
The learner acknowledges that:
- Course delivery may evolve over timeThe experience may vary between learners or cohorts
- No guarantee is given that delivery will remain identical to initial descriptions
Training is provided with the aim of delivering high-quality outcomes, while allowing flexibility to adapt to real-world conditions and requirements.

- Following all health and safety requirements

Learners are required to provide evidence that demonstrates competence in line with the requirements of the qualification.

- Be clear, relevant, and sufficient to demonstrate competence
- Meet the standards required by Training for Electricians Ltd and the relevant awarding body
Evidence may include, but is not limited to:
- Photographs of practical work
- Written descriptions and job reports
- Method statements and risk assessments
- Workplace documentation and supporting materials
Authenticity of Evidence
Learners must ensure that all evidence submitted is:
- Genuine and not copied or falsified
- Representative of their own work and ability
Training for Electricians Ltd reserves the right to:
- Request further clarification or supporting evidence
- Conduct professional discussions or additional assessments
- Reject any evidence that is unclear, insufficient, or suspected to be inauthentic
Assessment Process
- All work submitted will be reviewed by a qualified assessor.
- Assessments will be carried out against the required standards
- Feedback will be provided where necessary
- Learners may be required to resubmit work where standards are not met
- Progression through the course is dependent on meeting these assessment requirements.
Internal Quality Assurance (IQA)
- All assessment decisions are subject to Internal - Quality Assurance (IQA) processes.
- Work may be sampled and reviewed by an Internal Quality Assurer
- Additional evidence or clarification may be requested as part of this process
- Completion of the course is subject to successful IQA sign-off
Right to Delay or Withhold Progression
Training for Electricians Ltd reserves the right to:
- Delay progression within the courseWithhold completion status
Refuse to submit results to the awarding body where:
- Evidence does not meet the required standard
- Required submissions are incomplete
- Assessment or IQA processes have not been completed
Consequences of Misconduct
Submission of fraudulent, copied, or misleading evidence may result in:
- Rejection of work
- Requirement to restart assessment tasks
- Removal from the course in serious casesNo refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
Learners are responsible for ensuring all submitted evidence is accurate, complete, and meets the required standards.

9. Certification
Certificates will only be issued once all of the following conditions have been met:
-All required assessments have been successfully completed
-All required practical and/or portfolio evidence has been submitted and accepted
-The learner has met the required standard for the qualification
-Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) checks have been completed and signed off
-Full payment of all course fees has been received
For the purpose of this agreement, “completion of the course” means:
-All learning, assessments, and evidence requirements have been fully completed
-The learner has been formally assessed as competent
-All internal verification processes (including IQA) have been completed
-Completion of training alone does not constitute course completion or guarantee certification.
Certification Processing
Once all requirements have been met:The learner’s results will be submitted to the awarding body via the relevant system (e.g. City & Guilds Walled Garden) Certification is then processed externally by the awarding organisation
Please note: Certificates are not issued immediately upon completion or submission
There may be a processing period before the certificate is received
Training for Electricians Ltd has no direct control over awarding body processing times
Learners will be notified once certification has been received and is available.
Withholding of Certification
Training for Electricians Ltd reserves the right to withhold certification where:
Full payment has not been received
Required evidence or assessments are incomplete or not to standard
Internal quality assurance has not been completed
-All required assessments have been successfully completed
-All required practical and/or portfolio evidence has been submitted and accepted
-The learner has met the required standard for the qualification
-Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) checks have been completed and signed off
-Full payment of all course fees has been received
For the purpose of this agreement, “completion of the course” means:
-All learning, assessments, and evidence requirements have been fully completed
-The learner has been formally assessed as competent
-All internal verification processes (including IQA) have been completed
-Completion of training alone does not constitute course completion or guarantee certification.

Withholding of Certification

Full payment has not been received
Required evidence or assessments are incomplete or not to standard
Internal quality assurance has not been completed
10. Cancellation requests
Cancellation of a course is not automatic and is subject to review and approval by Training for Electricians Ltd.
If you wish to request cancellation:
The request must be made in writingYou must provide a clear reason for the request
You must remain up to date with payments while the request is being reviewed
Review & Decision
All cancellation requests will be assessed based on:
- The level of course access and engagement
- Progress made within the course
- Support and resources already provided
- Time elapsed since enrollment
Training for Electricians Ltd reserves the right to approve or refuse any cancellation request.
If Cancellation is Approved
Where cancellation is approved:
- Future scheduled payments may be stopped from the date of approval
- All payments made to date are non-refundable
- Access to all course materials, support, and systems will be removed immediatelyImportant
-Cancellation does not apply retrospectively
- Any payments due prior to approval remain payable
- Where significant course access, assessment, or support has been provided, cancellation may be refused
Unauthorised Payment Cancellation
If payments are cancelled without agreement:
- This will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Course access will be immediately suspended
- Outstanding balances may be pursued

12. Behaviour & Conduct
Training for Electricians Ltd expects all learners to maintain a high standard of professional behaviour at all times, both within the training environment and when representing the organisation externally.
This includes all aspects of learning, including:
- In-centre practical training sessions
- Online learning platforms and communication systems
- Workplace or site placements (where applicable)
Expected Standards
Learners are expected to:
- Act in a professional and respectful manner towards staff, other learners, and third parties
- Follow all health and safety rules and instructions at all times
- Use tools, equipment, and facilities safely and responsibly
- Engage positively with training and complete work honestly
- Follow all instructions given by tutors, assessors, and staff
Unacceptable Behaviour
The following may result in disciplinary action or removal:
- Unsafe behaviour or failure to follow health and safety procedures
- Disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful conduct
- Misuse of equipment, facilities, or learning platformsPlagiarism, falsification of evidence, or dishonest work
Failure to follow reasonable instructions from staffBehaviour that may damage the reputation of Training for Electricians Ltd
Removal from Course
Training for Electricians Ltd reserves the right to remove any learner from the course where behaviour is deemed unacceptable.
This may result in:
- Immediate suspension or permanent removal from the course
- Loss of access to all learning materials and support
- Termination of enrolment
- Financial ImplicationsWhere a learner is removed due to behaviour:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
- Any outstanding payments under a payment plan will remain payable
Serious Misconduct
In cases of serious misconduct, including but not limited to unsafe practices or actions that place others at risk:
- Immediate removal may take place without prior warning
- Further action may be taken where necessary
This includes all aspects of learning, including:
- In-centre practical training sessions
- Online learning platforms and communication systems
- Workplace or site placements (where applicable)
Expected Standards
Learners are expected to:
